Why I'm Running

I'm running in memory of Jon Goss, a fraternity brother who recently lost his battle with Chronic Mylegenous Leukemia. Please help me by donating as much as you can. You donation goes directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help find a cure for all blood cancers, so this never has to happen again. To read more about Jon and his fight, go to his blog.

Day 6 — Back on the Bike

great bike ride today. Went around Lake Merced, stopped by SFSU to the Design Revolution Roadshow on the way to talk to Emily Pilloton about teaching design and shop in NC next year. My butt doesn't hurt nearly as much. But it was a shorter ride today. Beautifully sunny day, low 60's and just a few gust along the lake. Tomorrow is my first coached run, couldn't make it last night because I had a previous business commitment. (Free taco's and drinks at the same Roadshow at a send-off party. delicious.)

Please don't forget to donate! And pass this on to all your friends and family. Thanks for keeping me accountable!
