Why I'm Running

I'm running in memory of Jon Goss, a fraternity brother who recently lost his battle with Chronic Mylegenous Leukemia. Please help me by donating as much as you can. You donation goes directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help find a cure for all blood cancers, so this never has to happen again. To read more about Jon and his fight, go to his blog.

Hills are my friends

Today was a bike day.  I need to get more hills in my workout, so i started out today biking one long hill, about 2.2 miles long.  Up hill the whole way, then downhill the way back.  In total it took me 23'43" and ascended 308'.  Not good enough for my goal, which i found out was a pretty lofty goal when i told my coach, which makes me want to try even harder.  So, hills are my friends, i need to keep telling myself that.  Hills are my friends, hills are my friends, hills are my friends.

Thank you for those of you who helped me reach $1000, and thank you for those who will help me raise the next $2000 to reach my goal!  Please spread the word!
